Executive Director Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Rittenhouse Village at Muhlenberg. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for the operation and management of the community, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintain accurate resident administrative files.
- Prepare and manage the community budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of success in managing operating expenses and achieving financial targets.
- Administrator License/certification.
