About the Position
  • Provide medical services: diagnose and treat medical conditions, perform surgeries, and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each animal.
  • Collaborate with the medical team: work closely with veterinarians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain medical records: accurately document patient information, treatments, and outcomes to ensure the highest level of care and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • DVM degree from an accredited institution: demonstrate a strong educational foundation in veterinary medicine.
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Oregon: obtain or maintain licensure within six months of hire.
  • Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills: possess a strong ability to perform complex surgeries and diagnose medical conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: effectively communicate with patients, clients, and colleagues to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced animal hospital environment, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service. The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
