Medical Communications Expert

PacifiCorp seeks a Medical Communications Expert to join our team, responsible for providing technical guidance to substation operations personnel, engineering, and other entities within the business. This role requires expertise in power utility electronic communications and the ability to facilitate internal training for communications technicians and trainees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new programs, systems, and processes in response to changing internal and external conditions
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to the T&D support staff
- Serve as the Company expert in a specialized field, providing authoritative consultation and recommendations to senior management
The successful candidate will also develop and modify policies and practices to improve the safety of personnel, protection of company equipment, and the reliability of PacifiCorp's transmission and distribution system. Additionally, they will lead the development and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Project management and leadership skills, including the ability to work as a team member, maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliver on commitments
- Expert knowledge and applications of principles in applicable area of specialty
- Understanding of applicable company policies, practices, and procedures
We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus benefits such as health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, paid short-term and long-term disability, paid bereavement leave, and an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 15%.
