At Chico's FAS, Inc., we're always looking for top talent to join our store teams. As a Sales Lead, you'll play a crucial role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture within our chic stores.

About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

This Sales Lead position requires 1+ year of retail or sales management experience and excellent communication, verbal and written skills. You'll be responsible for supervising sales associates, performing operational activities, and ensuring a high-performance culture.

You'll also develop and maintain product knowledge, train and coach sales teams, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations, holding store team and yourself accountable for achieving brand standards.
  • Perform and oversee basic operational activities, such as opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes.
  • Supervise sales associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.
  • Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills required.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
