Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and optimize store performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and sales analytics tools.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
