About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to partner with the brokerage team to deliver world-class client experiences through state-of-the-art database management systems. Key duties include managing broker partners' schedules, proactively following up on outstanding communication, confirming project details, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the Client Operations Specialist will support complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders and internal team members.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a professional environment required

  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
