Job Description

The Corporate Transaction Specialist will be responsible for processing and completing document requests, reviewing and submitting corporate filings, and serving as a liaison between client service specialists and secretaries of state.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and complete document requests, including certified copies, good standings, and certificates of facts
  • Review and submit corporate filings, ensuring they adhere to general corporate laws, statutes, and guidelines
  • Serve as a liaison between client service specialists and secretaries of state
  • Provide guidance to branch office colleagues on fees and forms
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook software
  • Team player
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • High level attention to detail
  • Requires time management skills and ability to multitask

The estimated salary for this position is $42,500 - $47,000 per year, based on the location in Dallas, TX, and industry standards.
