Job Overview

About the Role

This Front Desk Hospitality Coordinator will be responsible for registering and assigning rooms to guests, confirming phone and online reservations, and responding to guest needs and requests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Register and assign rooms to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Confirm phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest needs and requests, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collect payment from departing guests, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests, using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields is essential.
  • Skillset: A strong skillset in building rapport with guests, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
