Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Vibra Healthcare Inc.

The ideal candidate will have recent healthcare experience in acute care hospitals, rehabilitation settings, or home health care agencies. A valid and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker is required.

The salary for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate referral sources, solve problems, and build relationships to obtain referrals.
  • Complete eRehab or LTRAX assessments and participate in planning, organizing, and executing the Business Departmental plan.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with assigned accounts and community stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice in the state where support is provided.
  • Recent healthcare experience in acute care hospitals, rehabilitation settings, or home health care agencies.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, extroverted, and enthusiastic individual who is self-directed.
