Lead Clinical Excellence in Cardiac Step Down Unit

The Nurse Leadership Specialist at St. Elizabeth Healthcare will oversee the Cardiac Step Down Unit, delivering top-notch patient care and inspiring clinical excellence among staff members. This critical role is responsible for operational management in the absence of the Nurse Manager, with a focus on quality patient outcomes and team support.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve unit efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide registered nurses to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  2. At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in cardiology or telemetry.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication.

Compensation and Benefits:
