Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Allergy and Asthma Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Family Allergy & Asthma. This is a full-time position that requires strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our clinic setting. This includes administering allergy injections, maintaining accurate records, and educating patients on treatment options.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the injection room area each morning, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Administer allergy injections, monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, including medication logs and shot cards
  • Provide education to patients on treatment options, including proper use of medications and self-care techniques
  • Clean and maintain the toy and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients and families
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Diploma in Nursing (LPN/RN) with an active and unrestricted OH Nursing License. Previous experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred, as well as CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
