Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care for patients, using the nursing process to assess patient needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining current knowledge and skills in area of specialty, utilizing evidence-based practice and research to inform clinical decision-making.

You will also be expected to participate in unit-based performance improvement activities, serve as a clinical resource to colleagues, and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and be licensed to practice nursing in the state where you will be working. You should also possess specialized knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, and policies, as well as competence in mathematical calculations associated with medication administration.
