Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in various outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide competent nursing care to patients and their families in outpatient settings.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary staff to manage clinic patient flow and patient care needs.
  • Triage and manage phone calls, coordinating care for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and families on various health topics.

Requirements:
  • BSN degree.
  • 1 year of outpatient pediatric RN experience, with BCH experience preferred.
  • Experience in various clinical settings is a plus.
