Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the inventory of food and essential supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Store items appropriately in designated areas to prevent spoilage and maintain quality.
  • Document and monitor storage conditions, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Label and rotate stock effectively, prioritizing the use of older products.
  • Procure supplies based on established specifications and guidelines.
  • Ensure security of storage areas and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Transport supplies using suitable methods to guarantee safe delivery.
  • Follow established food safety guidelines during the handling and distribution of supplies.
  • Report any maintenance needs for equipment to the appropriate channels.
  • Complete necessary reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Utilize cleaning agents and equipment safely, following recommended procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
