Essential Functions:

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating teams that enhance the guest experience.

Respond to and manage all phone and radio communications.

Distribute tasks and responsibilities among Associates fairly.

Document lost and found items and ensure their secure storage.

Complete daily paperwork accurately.

Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Assist with linen inventories and supplies as needed.

Promptly address guest complaints.

Facilitate guest deliveries as instructed.

Report to work as scheduled, adhering to uniform and appearance standards.

Consistently exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
