Credit Administration Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Institutional Client Group as an ICG Credit Administration Associate. This role will play a critical part in developing enhancements, improving data analytics, and maintaining nCino and other bank systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales, Credit and Servicing Center of Excellence (CoE) in developing enhancements to benefit the user base and improve data analytics.
- Provide support and assistance to the PM nCino User Advocates by answering questions, elevating cases and explaining configuration fixes and enhancements, system maintenance, system updates, etc.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for various teams.
- Keep up-to-date on new product releases and features.
- Assist in development and improvement of processes for optimized efficiency and effective portfolio management.
- Partner with the ICG Credit Administration Manager to analyze, support and execute credit policy changes.
- Participate and support various Audit project and/or activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Four to six years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Solid understanding of nCino and U.S. Bank credit policy and procedures.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer navigation skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations.
