Administrative Support Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading provider of recruitment services. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations and strategic initiatives established by the executive team.
- Attend departmental meetings, record minutes, and distribute them effectively.
- Coordinate meetings and tours with community partners, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage executive team calendars, guaranteeing attendance at critical events requiring agency representation.
- Gather and prepare information for routine reports in a timely manner, showcasing exceptional organizational skills.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO, Board members, team members, and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency.
- Prepare concise and complete documents as requested by the executive team, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Provide strategic oversight for special projects requested by the executive team, leveraging expertise to drive results.
- Conduct research and prepare analytical reports to support agency operations, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate agency events such as Board meetings, Town Hall meetings, and team gatherings, promoting collaboration and engagement.
- Arrange video conferencing equipment and prepare for meetings and events, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information obtained in the course of duties, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting C-suite professionals, demonstrating expertise in administrative support.
- Excellent administrative support experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365, utilizing technology to enhance productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred but not required, emphasizing the importance of relevant experience and skills.
Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation and employee satisfaction.
