Customer Service Travel Consultant Opportunity

At iBookiGo, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our family, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions
  • Process payments and track call-related information for reporting purposes
  • Offer feedback on call issues and upsell opportunities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure
  • Strong listening skills
