Job Title: Senior Designer

PMX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our growing design team. As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in supporting creative efforts to launch and grow PMX products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, meeting scheduled deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Design and create stunning presentation slides that clarify complex subject matter, leveraging your expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines, maintaining the graphic aesthetic and quality established.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and partner with marketing to visually articulate highly technical offerings for both internal educational and external marketing purposes.
  • Support the development of visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and other visual communications.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Portfolio showcasing excellent presentation work or layout design.
  • Expert skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skills.
  • Able to easily liaise with C-Suite and receptive to creative direction and design feedback.
  • 4-year degree in fine or graphic arts, a plus.

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $97,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
