Key Responsibilities
  • You will be a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing high-quality content that meets creative and strategic criteria.
  • Collaborate with creative, client services, and strategy departments to develop a wide range of content that meets client briefs and feedback.
  • Ideate and conceptualize impactful social and traditional media content that reflects the brand's aesthetic.
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to the brand's style guidelines and maintains graphic consistency across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects with short deadlines, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Gather insights from platforms, consumer feedback, and culture to make concise recommendations.
  • Present concepts rooted in strategic thinking and insights to creative leaders.
  • Collaborate with Senior Copywriter to plan and execute content, including organizing shoots and directing content.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of design experience, developing and creating for digital and social strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong skill set in conceptualizing, brainstorming, illustration, and collaboration to create strategically focused campaigns.
  • Ability to understand, absorb, and execute on direction and constructive criticism.
  • Strong aptitude for time management, organization, and communication.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to tailor content through multiple brand voices on various platforms.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and provide guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner.
  • Strong capability of industry best practices and platforms, as well as willingness to learn and articulate the unique VaynerMedia POV.
