Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
