The Company provides corporate cleaning and security services throughout Massachusetts and will be celebrating fifty years of business this year. Known for providing exemplary customer service, the Company employs over 400 qualified service associates and is family owned and operated. Due to its success, the Company seeks to add a Senior Sales Professional to complement its existing Team.

Position Overview

The Company’s Senior Sales Professional is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability. The Company’s Senior Sales Professional thrives in a competitive setting and embodies the Company’s solution-oriented and consultative approach to meeting the needs of their clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drives profitable sales across service offerings
  • Cultivates a culture of innovation and growth
  • Creates and implements comprehensive marketing and sales plans and strategies that align with McGarr Services’ brand, values, goals, and objectives
  • Identifies new market opportunities, evaluates customer needs, and develops tailored client engagement and sales strategies, including cross-selling opportunities
  • Develops, builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive service enhancements and stay ahead of the competition
  • Promotes the development of long term business relationships
  • Sets and monitors sales targets, quotas, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continuously track performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful performance in selling cleaning, security or other facility services.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, relationship, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a natural aptitude for paying attention to the details
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
