We are seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Technician to join our team and support our efforts with operating and maintaining Direct Digital Controls and Building Automation Systems at the NASA Ames Campus. This is a full-time position with several benefits, including job stability, 401(k), Pension, Health, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and PTO. Salary - $56.59.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Siemens Insight (BAS) and Apogee Field Panels.
  • Respond to service calls and provide support to teammates and building occupants as needed.
  • Continuously monitor critical equipment and alarms, and identify and respond to situations that may endanger personnel or cause damage to equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control systems and end devices.
  • Use maintenance software (CMSS) to document services provided to customers and receive maintenance assignments.
  • Provide support with commissioning of controls systems on renovation work.
