Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Henry Community Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient speech and language skills, utilizing a range of techniques and tools to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to ensure effective communication and optimal outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care and recovery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a clinical fellowship year and certification of clinical competency.
  • Licensure with the State of Indiana.
  • 1-2 years of experience in speech and language pathology, with a strong background in assessment, treatment, and education.
