Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and identify the experts who can provide the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to satisfy client project requests
  • Identify and recruit new experts into our network
  • Screen experts to determine their suitability for client projects
  • Develop professional profiles to present to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
  • Previous internship or volunteering experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
What We Offer
  • Annual base salary of $55,000
  • Eligible for a yearly bonus of up to $4,000 based on performance
