Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to join our Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify the experts who can provide the answers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to satisfy client project requests
  • Identify and recruit new experts into our network
  • Screen experts to determine their suitability for client projects
  • Develop professional profiles to present to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
  • Previous internship/volunteering/extracurricular experience
  • Work authorization required
What We Offer
  • Annual base salary of $55,000
  • Yearly bonus of up to $4,000 based on performance
