Position Overview: We are currently in search of qualified Assembly Technicians for our operations.
Assembly Technicians are tasked with gathering parts and constructing assemblies by following detailed work instructions, processing Bills of Materials (BOMs), interpreting drawings, and adhering to production orders, ensuring quality standards are upheld across various components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret Production Work Instructions, Production Orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Drawings, and construct assemblies according to assigned specifications.
- Proficiency in utilizing basic hand tools and power tools.
- Capability to package products and construct pallets.
- Timely completion of tasks while meeting all quality benchmarks.
- Attention to detail is crucial; this role requires dexterity and fine motor skills to identify material imperfections.
- Basic mathematical skills are necessary (addition, subtraction, and division).
- Ability to work independently and seek guidance from supervisors or other departments as needed.
- Blueprint reading skills are preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or GED; prior assembly experience is advantageous.
