Job Summary

ClearWorld is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the solar energy industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturer rep agencies, municipalities, and utilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing sales support and project management
  • Recruiting, motivating, and training manufacturer's representative agencies
  • Overseeing social media, website, and graphic design efforts
  • Presenting and promoting products/services to existing and new customers
  • Analyzing market trends and providing weekly status reports

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the solar energy industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with CRM software and SEO principles
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and advertisements tailored to the audience's needs
