Sales and Marketing Operations Lead

Appian Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of related work experience, a strong background in sales operations or sales finance, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing weekly operational forecasts, pipeline management, and quota/target allocation assignments. Additionally, you will provide thoughtful and actionable studies to our sales leaders, drive business process improvement initiatives, and work closely with all levels of employees to achieve our goals.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
