**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Assistant Athletics Director for Medical Services in the development and implementation of medical care plans for student-athletes.
- Collaborate with team physicians and medical staff to ensure seamless medical care and support.
- Provide athletic training services, including injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs and protocols.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of student-athletes to identify potential health risks.
- Communicate effectively with coaches, trainers, and medical staff to ensure optimal care and support.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
- Current certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
