CHA Consulting, Inc. - Infrastructure - Transportation & Survey Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Surveyor to join our team at CHA Consulting, Inc. in Duluth, GA.

About the Role

The Licensed Surveyor will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external clients on various survey projects, ensuring quality assurance and quality control processes are in place. This management-level position requires oversight responsibility of staff members and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the scope of services required for survey task requests, estimating cost and schedule requirements, and obtaining approvals.
  • Monitor the delivery of services and QA/QC functions through project completion.
  • Support the development of qualification materials for project pursuits.
  • Direct and participate in the preparation of survey deliverables, communicating with clients to ensure project deliverables align with client needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (required if not professionally licensed).
  • Minimum of 10 years' related experience required.
  • Valid US Driver's license required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office required.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D required; knowledge of MicroStation software a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to travel short-term preferred.
