Licensed Surveyor

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Surveyor to join our Infrastructure - Transportation & Survey Team at our office in Duluth, GA.

• Coordinate with internal and/or external clients regarding various survey projects, ensuring accurate and precise work.
• Oversee QA/QC functions, monitoring the delivery of services and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Develop scope of services, estimate costs and schedules, and obtain approvals for survey task requests.
• Direct and participate in the preparation of survey deliverables, communicating with clients to ensure alignment with their needs.
• Support the development of qualification materials to support project pursuits.

• High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (required if not professionally licensed).
• Minimum of 10 years related experience required.
• Valid US Driver's license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D required; knowledge of MicroStation software a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Ability to travel short-term preferred.
