Senior Surveyor

As a Licensed Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our transportation systems and ensuring the accuracy and precision of our survey work.

As a key member of our Infrastructure - Transportation & Survey Team, you'll be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing QA/QC processes, and overseeing staff members and projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing project scopes, estimating costs and schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.

• Collaborate with internal and external clients to deliver comprehensive survey projects
• Develop and implement QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy and precision
• Lead and manage staff members to achieve project goals and objectives
• Work with project teams to develop project scopes, estimate costs and schedules, and obtain approvals
• Direct the preparation of survey deliverables and communicate with clients to ensure project alignment with client needs

• High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (required if not professionally licensed)
• Minimum of 10 years related experience required
• Valid US Driver's license required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D required; knowledge of MicroStation software a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to travel short-term preferred
