Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional project results. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to handle a diverse range of projects, from initial concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop detailed civil engineering documents and calculations. Assist project leadership in executing calculations, creating drawings, and managing project specifications. Produce high-quality CAD drawings that meet client standards and timelines. Engage in research and technical data analysis relevant to project needs. Deliver comprehensive construction plans, site layouts, and related documentation using industry-standard software like Autodesk products, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools. Conduct site visits, participate in meetings with contractors, and engage with clients to refine project designs and requirements. Offer technical support and guidance on complex issues to the engineering team. Ensure technical accuracy and quality through rigorous Quality Assurance reviews across various project stages.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program or related field. EI certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field, with a preference for candidates holding or pursuing a PE license. Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
