Job Overview

iBUYPOWER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our ASD Team, you will provide administrative support to our Customer Service and Technical Support staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the company via CSS, Tech, and other departments as necessary.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, order cancellations, and RMAs for the CSS and Tech departments, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Log Maintenance: Monitor and update CSS department logs to keep the department informed of key issues and updates.
  • Order Retrieval: Retrieve orders from the warehouse for processing of order changes and cancellations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
  • Data Entry: Enter data for reports in support of the company, including orders, performance metrics, and tracking records.
  • Training and Development: Aid departments in creating a training timeline/program to ensure smooth transition for new employees.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory control/transfers for repair parts and assist in quarterly inventory counts, as assigned.
  • Shipping and Claims: File and follow-up on shipping claims for shipped products, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Other Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as necessary to support the company's operations.
Qualifications
  • Administrative Skills: Possess good administrative and office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Show demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with limited supervision, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Teamwork: Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
