This Receptionist role is part-time, offering flexible hours with a consistent schedule on Fridays starting at 7:30 am. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to varying weekly schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the switchboard telephone system efficiently.
  • Engage with callers in a professional, friendly, and effective manner, aiming to reduce wait times.
  • Provide essential information to callers with general inquiries.
  • Prepare sales and service documentation for the accounting team.
  • Assist the General Manager with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions from customers, accurately recording payments.
  • Address customer complaints with integrity and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.
