- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, identify, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and filing, as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory responsibility preferred.
