As a seasoned Construction Superintendent, you will lead our projects to excellence, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. With a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards, you will oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Overseeing and documenting day-to-day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.
  • Providing constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Facilitating seamless collaboration through regular communication with the Project Management team.
  • Identifying and addressing challenges promptly, collaborating for effective solutions.

Leadership is key in this role, as you will:

  • Encourage and guide your team to accomplish their goals.
  • Provide mentorship and build connections with your field and office teams.
  • Support and engage in continuous education and learning for yourself and your team.

Scheduling and Quality Management are also critical aspects of this position:

  • Establishing and implementing the Project Baseline Schedule, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input.
  • Updating the MS Project Schedule regularly and reviewing with the project team.
  • Providing weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Establishing pertinent benchmarks for the project and integrating them into the baseline schedule.
  • Implementing the Dellbrook|JKS QAQC SOP, ensuring our quality standards are upheld.

Safety is a top priority:

  • Scheduling safety pre-construction meetings for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.
  • Regularly reviewing the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.
