Construction Project Manager

Michael Page is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential construction projects in Southern Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site construction efforts, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, clients, and the project management team to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe, efficient worksite.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction (custom homes or remodels).
- Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be commutable to Southern MA or Cape Cod.
