Construction Project Manager

At Michael Page, we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high-end custom residential projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Execution: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Subcontractor Management: Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in the construction process.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Cost Control: Work closely with the project team to monitor and control project costs.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of construction/supervisory experience
- High-end residential/custom home experience
- MA-CSL
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
