Job Summary

As a Program Services Coordinator at Community Access Unlimited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the coordination of quality medical services for our members. This position requires a strong focus on quality assurance, effective member relations, and thorough documentation of member medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes medical audits accurately and efficiently
• Maintains effective relationships with members and programs
• Ensures high-quality assurance regarding members' medical needs
• Documents all member medical/health issues and situations thoroughly
• Maintains program operations and facilitates program development
• Cooperates with Agency, legal authorities, and Department of Human Services in inspections and investigations
• Ensures compliance with state and federally mandated background checks and exclusion requirements
• Adheres to wearing a mask during public health crises/pandemics as mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities

Work Schedule

Varies shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
