Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual medical scheduler to join our team at 5TH HQ LLC. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing the office schedule, and ensuring clear communication between patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patient appointments and procedures efficiently, ensuring that the medical office's calendar is well-managed.
  • Communicate with patients in both languages to confirm appointments, provide instructions, and answer questions related to their visits or medical care.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate schedules, reschedule appointments as needed, and ensure that all parties are informed of any changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including appointment details, contact information, and any special instructions or needs.
  • Make reminder calls to patients in both languages to confirm upcoming appointments and ensure they have all necessary information.
  • Address patient inquiries over the phone or in person, providing assistance in both languages to ensure a clear understanding of office policies, procedures, and patient care instructions.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Medical Office Experience: Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage a busy schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer Service: A patient-centered approach with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
