Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining and recording medical history and chief complaints.
  • Escort patients to examination rooms and ensure all necessary information and materials are present for clinicians.
  • Assist clinicians with preparation of cosmetic procedures and instruct patients on after-care procedures.
  • Document office visits on computer systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and excellent computer skills.
