Qualifications:
We are in search of a cataract surgeon who has demonstrated excellence in clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic about collaborating with a dedicated rural healthcare team, and open to traveling for multi-day onsite engagements on a regular basis.
These engagements will encompass both surgical procedures and follow-up clinics.Work Environment:
You will be supported by a committed team of local operating room personnel, including registered nurses, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and surgical technicians, all proficient in ophthalmic procedures.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with local optometrists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.Special Initiatives:
