We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at RHA Health Services. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations, as well as medically necessary outpatient therapy services to deaf and hard of hearing adults and children. Our Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Therapists rely on experience, knowledge, and education with limited direction to provide quality services to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate clinical intakes and assessments for adults and children with a wide variety of mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse challenges.
  • Provide individual and group therapy services to promote optimum mental health and overall wellbeing.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Team Leader, Therapist, and State Director regarding documentation, authorizations, consumer progress toward goals, and consumer satisfaction.
