Mental Health Specialist Position at Healing Pathways LLC

At Healing Pathways LLC, we are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing therapy, support, and advocacy to individuals facing mental health issues, trauma, and life transitions.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, current LCSW/LCSWA license in North Carolina, and proficiency in conducting psychosocial assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans.

Salary Range: $45.00-$90.00 per hour
