Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
  • Accurately register patients and collect demographic information
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Process payments and manage patient accounts
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
