Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient patient registration and insurance verification
  • Collect and process patient payments, including copays and deductibles
  • Assist with medical necessity validation and obtain necessary signatures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
