Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and integrate various structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanically actuated component sub-assemblies for our New Shepard and New Glenn vehicles.
  • Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic proof/leak testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers to review design concepts, provide feedback, and support development tests.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and follow strict procedural compliance.
  • Work safely with hazardous systems, containing chemicals and/or high pressure.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with solenoid, poppet, check, or ball valves.
  • Experience with sealing interfaces in cryogenic systems, Oxygen, Hydrogen, and/or Helium.
  • Ability to setup and operate precision calibrated tools, such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and optical measuring instruments.
  • Experience assembling and troubleshooting aerospace, military hardware, or related fields.
