KORE1 Technologies, a leading provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, is seeking an IT Support Associate to join our team in Irvine, CA. This is a hybrid position, with on-site work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
Job Summary
The IT Support Associate will support the streamlined operation of our IT Support team by identifying, recommending, implementing, and supporting technology solutions to enhance customer service trends and procedures for problem prevention, IT support knowledgebase, problem tracking, and productivity monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier I and II hardware and software support
- Offer technical advice, guidance, and informal training to internal customers
- Troubleshoot and restore standard technical services and equipment
- Set up, test, install, and administer laptop computers, handheld/mobile devices, printers, software, and peripherals
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes for the IT department
- Maintain and enforce corporate IT policies and standards
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience supporting a corporate environment with 300+ employees
- Associate's degree in computer science, engineering, technology management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Analytical, problem-solving, and end-user support skills within an IT organization
- Prior experience with modern end-user computing technologies, including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows Server / Active Directory, Smartphones (Apple, Android, Windows phone), Teams phone, and video conferencing equipment
- Excellent time management skills, self-directed, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and produce quality work
Salary Range:
$56,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience
